As Interns we have a range of people united by being able to contribute to the enterprise, passionate about learning bout food and farming and open to learning about enterprises we run here, with a view to replication. Our team range from pre-university gap year, to mostly graduates and post grads, majority with work and life experience of many years too.

Enables disadvantaged people to work on a farm, learn skills and make friends

Activities/Work Organiser (2 Part Time 0r 1 Full Time)

Salary: On Request

Work: To support and work 1:1 or alongside groups of co- farmers with learning difficulties and mental health issues on the farm. Good knowledge of social care administration. Enhanced CRB check required.

Social Care qualification or minimum 2 years experience essential.

We are looking for like minded catering Staff who appreciates working with fresh produce and creating wonderful food for local people.
The right person would be Creative, have Flare, Passion, Seasonality understanding, and be qualified up to NVQ1 level or have the relevant experience with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
