Group Leaders

We will Provide:
We will provide an Event Manager for your group, who will be there to meet and greet you on arrival. The Event Manager (CRB checked) will be on site from breakfast through to dinner –but won’t be camping with you.

You need to Provide:
Each group will bring their own Group Leader, and any additional members of staff required, whether these are teachers / parents / social workers / volunteers –don’t forget they need to be CRB checked. We can arrange for CRB checks to be carried out for you –please allow up to 3 weeks. Price on request.

Additional Staff
Farm workers and other staff will be around to give advice and information, but the responsibility lies with your Group Leader. We will supply all expertise to train and support Group Leaders in chosen activities (e.g. how to feed a lamb, collect eggs, chop wood –safely). Any additional help or expertise can be organised separately to suit your needs.

Group Leaders Survival Box / Treasure Chest

Survival Box
The Group Leader will have a “Survival Box”containing useful items and important information, e.g.

  • Emergency Contact Numbers
  • Radio (for contacting the farmer/Event Manager)
  • Nature Trail Fact Sheets
  • Wind up torches

  • Compass / Whistle / Stopwatch

Treasure Chest
